Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders ship from our kitchen within 2 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & replacements

Because our products are food, we can't accept returns — but we absolutely stand behind every jar. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below the standard we'd serve our own family, email hello@foleyfigco.com within 14 days with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily sort it out.
