Are your products really made without refined sugar?

Yes. Our preserves are sweetened with the fruit itself and a touch of honey — nothing refined, nothing artificial. Dried Figs are 100% figs.

Are they gluten-free? Vegan?

Everything we make is naturally gluten-free. Dried Figs are vegan; Fig Jam and Honey Fig Spread contain honey.

How long do the preserves keep?

Unopened, 18 months in a cool pantry. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 weeks — though we've never seen a jar last that long.

When will my order ship?

Orders leave our kitchen within 2 business days. Most arrive within 3–5 days, and you'll get tracking the moment your box ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — currently we ship within the United States. Join the newsletter and you'll be the first to know when that changes.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. Leave a note at checkout (or email us right after ordering) and we'll tuck a handwritten card into the box.

Something arrived damaged — help!

Oh no. Email hello@foleyfigco.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship a replacement right away.
